Downloaded skin are added as your keyboard skins. To set it to your keyboard, go to Settings > Language & keyboard > POBox Touch setting > Keyboard skin settings > Select keyboard skin. You can also press the tool key or touch and hold the text box to show the menu to go to POBox Touch setting.
